Almshouse Tenant Application – Frys Brothers Charity
For retired agricultural or horticultural workers living in or near Portesham.
If you are a retired agricultural/horticultural worker and meet our residency criteria, you may apply for accommodation in one of our Almshouses.
Basic eligibility:
- Retired from agricultural or horticultural work.
- Live in or near Portesham or surrounding villages.
- In financial or housing need.
Application process:
You will need to provide:
- Personal details (name, date of birth, contact information).
- Employment history in agriculture/horticulture.
- Current housing and financial situation.
- Health information and any special needs.
- Reasons for applying and references from people who know you.
