The Trustees usually meet twice a year, in January and August, unless other matters arise that require attention sooner. Each Trustee brings their own unique skills, experience, and care to support the charity and its tenants. Beyond formal meetings, the Trustees take an active interest in the well-being of each resident, often joining the Secretary during the monthly visits to every tenant. These visits provide an opportunity to offer practical help, share news, and enjoy friendly conversation, helping to ensure that tenants feel valued, supported, and part of a close-knit community.
